12th Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 12th platform at any given time. Account registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including full name, active email address, and a valid phone number. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in the account being suspended or terminated without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 12th will never request your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 12th support team immediately via our official email. Users are responsible for all activity that takes place under their account, including any bets placed, transactions made, or other actions carried out. Identity verification (KYC) may be required prior to fund withdrawals or for security purposes, and users must cooperate fully with that process. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction being placed on the account.

All transactions on the 12th platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and comply with the financial guidelines set by the relevant Malaysian authorities. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's prevailing policy, which can be reviewed in the user account section. 12th uses SSL encryption technology to ensure all financial transactions are conducted securely and in a controlled manner. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details they register are accurate and belong to them; any losses resulting from incorrect information are entirely the user's responsibility.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section, subject to successful identity verification. 12th reserves the right to hold or investigate any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of payment policy before approving the withdrawal. Any taxes or charges imposed by the user's bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility and will not be borne by 12th. Users are not permitted to initiate a chargeback or transaction reversal through their bank without first contacting the 12th support team, and any such action may result in account closure.

12th reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time in the event of a breach of the terms of use, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Account suspension may take effect immediately and without prior notice if 12th has reasonable grounds to believe the account is involved in fraudulent or illegal activity. During the suspension period, access to funds and betting history may be restricted until the internal investigation is concluded. Users whose accounts have been suspended are entitled to contact the 12th support team for clarification and to submit an appeal within fourteen (14) days from the date of the suspension notice.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team, and any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal following a review. Accounts that have been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or termination in accordance with the platform's prevailing policy. Personal data belonging to users whose accounts have been closed will be retained in compliance with Malaysian data protection law for the prescribed period before being permanently deleted. 12th accepts no liability for any losses arising from account closure carried out due to a breach of the terms.

12th reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations requiring immediate action. Users are advised to visit this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable version. Should a user disagree with the amended terms, they are entitled to close their account before the amendments come into effect.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia for the resolution of any claims or disputes relating to the 12th platform. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions that are unaffected will continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and 12th with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
